When is the Preava team available to provide support?
All paying customers can access customer support during Business Hours as described in our Online Subscription Terms. Additional support options may be available as described on any relevant Order Form(s).
Is Preava GDPR and CCPA compliant?
Preava is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union ("GDPR") and the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). A Data Processing Addendum is available as part of our Online Subscription Terms.
